Quality Wins Trust! Zhejiang Warehousing Customer Purchases Another 15-Ton Trackless Flat Cars
Recently, a long-term warehousing customer from Zhejiang Province has once again partnered with our company, successfully repurchasing two 15-ton Trackless Flat Cars, demonstrating their high regard for our product quality.
This customer had previously purchased a 10-ton DWP series trackless transfer cart from us in early 2021, and the positive experience laid a solid foundation for this repeat purchase.
With the expansion of our business and factory upgrades in 2023, the customer's demand for warehousing and transfer equipment increased significantly. To ensure the high-intensity operation of 24-hour shifts, two additional carts were purchased for alternating operation. These customized trackless flatcars are equipped with several professional features: two 3.5kW high-torque motors provide powerful performance, eight 48V 250Ah maintenance-free battery packs ensure stable battery life, and the internationally renowned Inbol controller and wear-resistant, non-slip polyurethane wheels perfectly meet the efficient transfer needs of warehousing scenarios.
After undergoing multiple processes including material preparation, welding, assembly, and painting, our team conducted rigorous quality and load tests on the trackless flat carts to ensure that all performance standards were met. Currently, these two trackless transfer carts have been successfully delivered to the customer's site and will soon be put into use, continuously providing reliable transportation support for the customer's efficient warehousing operations.
