The customer's transportation task is challenging. Not only does it require the transfer cart to carry the weight of 20 tons of steel coils, but there is also a 9-degree slope on site, which places extremely high demands on the power, structural strength and stability of the steel coil transfer cart. In order to ensure that the transfer cart can complete the task safely and efficiently, our professional team conducted rigorous calculations and simulation analysis.

In terms of load-bearing design, the vehicle's load capacity is accurately determined to be 20 tons, and high-strength and reliable quality materials are selected to construct the main body structure of the vehicle body to ensure that when fully loaded with steel coils, the frame can withstand huge pressure without deformation, ensuring the safety and stability of the transportation process.

2. According to the slope conditions of the site, the vehicle's power transmission system, braking system and tire grip are optimized. By simulating the driving state under different slopes, adjusting the transmission ratio and braking parameters, the coil motorized transfer cart can have sufficient power output when climbing, and can effectively control the speed when going downhill to ensure the safety of operation.

The final size of the coil motorized transfer cart is 4 meters long and 2 meters wide. This size design fully considers the loading requirements of steel pipes and facilitates loading and unloading operations. It also ensures the flexible passage of the vehicle in the narrow passages of the production area and storage area, effectively avoiding the space limitation and operational inconvenience caused by the vehicle being too large.
