The DPX series Battery Power Transfer Cart is designed for transporting heavy materials, with a load capacity ranging from 1 to 1000 tons, facilitating logistics and transportation in industrial factories.

This battery power transfer cart runs on tracks and is customized for customers. It is designed to carry 20 tons of metal bars and can transport multiple bars at a time. Used within a factory workshop, it moves along a fixed route from one end to the other. The track and gauge at the customer’s site have been pre-planned, with a track length of 50 meters and a standard gauge of 1435mm.

The customer previously relied on a forklift and manual labor for transportation, which was not only inefficient but also prone to load instability during transit. Taking these factors into full consideration, the factory decided to introduce new material handling equipment to improve workshop transportation efficiency.

Through the recommendation of an existing customer, the company contacted our business manager. After two days of communication, they decided to customize a battery power transfer cart with a load capacity of 25 tons.

The equipment has now been operating in the customer’s workshop for six months. Recently, the customer provided very positive feedback and decided to place an additional order for a heavy-duty rail transfer cart with a load capacity of 50 tons.
