The AGV transfer vehicle is an automated transport platform used for the automated transport of heavy materials and equipment within heavy-duty cargo factories.

It uses a variety of navigation methods, but the three most common ones are:

Magnetic strip navigation, laser navigation, and guide rail navigation. The AGV follows a pre-planned transport route. The AGV is equipped with a high-efficiency battery pack that provides power to the vehicle, ensuring smooth starting and operation.

AGV Technical Architecture:

Frame: Designed based on the shape and size of the material being transported.

Power System: Typically, a lithium-ion battery pack and lead-acid batteries are used. Guide rail navigation may also include a low-voltage rail power supply and a cable power supply.

Drive System: A reputable motor brand ensures smooth starting and stopping of the AGV.

Steering System: An independent steering wheel system.

Precision Stop: The AGV follows a pre-defined route and stopping point.

Onboard Control System: An onboard control display.

Safety and Assistance Systems: LiDAR.
