Customer Needs
The customer requires handling equipment capable of carrying 50 tons of weight to transport steel and sheet materials on the internal roads of the factory.
The equipment must have the following features:

1. The ability to stably carry a weight of 50 tons.

2. Battery-powered with a daily runtime of about 3 hours.

3. Flexible steering with the ability to turn.

4. Tires must be resistant to friction.

Solution
We provide the customer with a customized Slab Transfer Cart that fully meets their needs. The equipment features the following:

• High Load-Bearing Capacity
  The equipment uses six polyurethane wheels—three on each side—to ensure a load-bearing capacity of 50 tons. Polyurethane wheels offer high load-bearing capacity, reduce wear on the ground, and extend the equipment's service life.

• Strong Impact Resistance
  The equipment structure is specially designed to withstand the impact force generated by steel and sheet materials during transportation. Polyurethane wheels have excellent buffering properties, further enhancing the equipment's impact resistance.

• Flexible Movement
  The equipment is 6 meters long and 3 meters wide, making it suitable for flexible movement within the limited space inside the factory. The wheel design allows the equipment to navigate turns and narrow passages with ease, improving work efficiency.

• Battery Life
  The equipment is battery-powered, reducing environmental pollution and operating costs. The battery has a long service life, meeting the requirement for about 4 hours of operation per day.

Implementation Effect
Since its introduction, the Slab Transfer Cart has performed exceptionally well in the internal transportation of the customer’s factory, replacing the crane and increasing efficiency by 10-20% compared to crane usage.

The customer is very satisfied with the Slab Transfer Cart for sheet materials and believes it fully meets their needs. In the future, an 80-ton project will be entrusted to us for manufacturing.
