This battery transfer cart is designed for machine tool workshops. It is primarily used to transport heavy machinery parts within the workshop—moving products from the processing area to the warehouse, and from the warehouse to the lathe for further processing.

The main parameters of this battery transfer cart are as follows:

1. Load capacity: 25 tons

2. Safety factor: 1.2, maximum load capacity up to 30 tons

3. Dimensions: 3000 × 2000 × 800 mm

4. Operation modes: wireless remote control and operating handle

5. Battery: 330Ah high-capacity lead-acid battery, supporting a transport distance of 5–6 km, sufficient for two days of operation

6. Wheels: polyurethane, non-damaging to epoxy floors, leaving no marks, suitable for use in clean rooms

The wheeled design of the Battery Transfer Cart allows flexible transport within factory warehouses and workshops, making it a user-friendly solution for customers who frequently change transport routes.

We equipped the cart with remote control operation combined with electromagnetic braking. This system effectively controls transport speed and direction while providing emergency braking. It ensures smooth cart movement with soft starts and stops. All functions are centralized on the remote control, so the operator can fully concentrate on transport, further enhancing safety.

Battery power is an environmentally friendly energy source. It eliminates pollution caused by fuel combustion and provides a cost-effective solution for long-term use. The rechargeable battery delivers stable power output, removing the need for refueling during extended operation.
