Industrial Transfer Cart, powered by low-voltage rail, is a transport and transfer equipment used for moving heavy materials within a factory. It serves a similar function to forklifts and cranes and is commonly used in factories, warehouses, ports, and production workshops.

An Industrial Transfer Cart requires electricity to operate, and low-voltage rail power supply is one of the available options. Conductive strips (made of copper or aluminum) are laid along the track and connected to a 48V or 36V DC power source. The electric flat cart has a power pole that makes contact with the track to obtain electricity, which then drives the wheels, enabling the cart to move forward, backward, and stop.

The Industrial Transfer Cart is equipped with both a wireless remote control and a wired handle. The operator can control the cart’s movement via the handle or remote control. Using the remote control, the operator can monitor the surrounding environment and immediately stop the cart in case of an emergency.
