Low-voltage rail power supply rail transfer cart, first of all, we first understand:

1. What is low voltage track power supply?

Low-voltage rail powered rail car is a kind of low-voltage direct current power supply, driving on the laid track, through the wheel of the car to contact the track to provide power to the car, so as to make the car run.

2. Power transmission:

• Power supply: The track is powered to the transfer car, usually 380v power supply.

• Buck treatment: The buck system reduces the 380v voltage to 36v safety voltage.

• Power supply: 36v safe voltage is transmitted to the wheel, and the power block on the wheel takes power to make the rail car run.

Note:

1. The guide rail must be insulated to prevent the car body from conducting electricity;

2. Step-down compensation: If the transport distance is too long, in order to maintain voltage stability, add a transformer every 50m.

3. In rainy outdoor environments, be sure to do a good job of drainage treatment.

The rail transfer cart reduces the 380V power supply to a safe 36V voltage through a ground-controlled step-down system and feeds it to the conductive rail. The conductive device on the flat car receives the low voltage electricity and drives the motor after the boost treatment, so as to realize the motion control of the flat cart
