Battery Operated Transfer Cart

This is a battery-operated transfer cart designed for enterprises in the metallurgical industry. It is primarily used to transport heavy steel blocks, metallurgical materials, and other items within the factory. Due to the nature of the work, a wheeled electric flat cart is required as it operates on roads, and the tires must be friction-resistant.

In response to the customer’s needs, we customized this trackless cart with a load capacity of 15 tons. It is powered by a maintenance-free battery, which eliminates the need for regular battery maintenance. The battery-operated transfer cart operates stably, safely, and efficiently.

Equipment Design and Configuration

• Dimension Design: According to the customer's requirements, the vehicle length is designed to be 4000mm, and the width is 2000mm, ensuring sufficient load area. The height is designed to be 700mm, which is lower than the customer's requested 1000mm. This design not only meets the low center of gravity requirement to improve stability but also facilitates operation and loading.

• Power System: The cart is powered by high-performance batteries, which are environmentally friendly and energy-efficient, suitable for long-term operation. It comes equipped with a full set of chargers and spare batteries, supporting continuous transportation tasks for over 8 hours without needing to stop for charging.

• Load-carrying Capacity: The battery-operated transfer cart uses high-strength materials and rubber wheels to ensure stability and protect the ground. The rubber wheels are highly friction-resistant and wear-resistant, ensuring durability and efficient operation.
