Machining Factory Customizes 50-Ton Transfer Equipment: Stable, Durable, and Designed for Narrow Aisles, Molds, and Heavy Materials
Recently, a machining factory contacted us with a requirement for a customized transfer device to transport molds and heavy materials between their workshop and warehouse. Their requirements were very specific, with practicality and durability being the top priorities.
The client explained that the molds and heavy materials transported on a daily basis are extremely heavy, requiring the equipment to have a load capacity of up to 50 tons. The platform dimensions also needed to precisely match the material specifications. In addition, the aisles within the workshop and warehouse were quite narrow, making it difficult for standard large transfer equipment to pass through. Therefore, the equipment needed to navigate narrow aisles smoothly without disrupting daily operations. Based on these conditions, we recommended our 50-ton Mold Transfer Cart, custom-designed with a length of 3 meters and a width of 2.5 meters, making it well suited for various material sizes.

We specifically reinforced the structural design of the Mold Transfer Cart and used high-strength materials to ensure the body remains resistant to deformation over long-term use, providing outstanding durability and reliability.
After delivery, the client immediately put the equipment into operation. It performed reliably when navigating narrow aisles and while transporting 50-ton molds and heavy materials. The stability of the hydraulic steering system, the precise platform dimensions, and the excellent durability fully met the client’s expectations.
