This is a specialized material handling device designed to carry 20 tons of steel coils and other materials. It is a customized trackless transfer trolley, which can be flexibly tailored to meet the specific needs of users.

As shown in the image, this equipment is primarily used for transporting steel coils, which account for more than 80% of its transportation tasks. The remaining 20% of the time, the customer also needs to transport steel plates. In order to help reduce costs, our engineers proposed a smart solution:
During the design of this coil transport cart series, the table is embedded with a recessed V-shaped groove and pre-drilled holes around it to install a detachable support frame.
When transporting steel coils, the support frame is inserted into the V-groove to securely hold the coils in place. When transporting flat steel plates, the support frame can be easily removed. This design provides flexibility and helps the customer save the cost of purchasing an additional vehicle.
