The automobile company purchased a ladle transfer cart for the pouring workshop to enhance production efficiency and safety. As a result, they ordered the ladle transfer truck system from Peisa Machinery.

The company first contacted us at the beginning of this year and, after a thorough comparison, ultimately chose our products. Our technical personnel visited the automobile company's site and, based on their molten iron transportation requirements, designed this 6-ton rail transfer car.

Based on the transportation requirements of the pouring workshop, this ladle transfer cart has the following functional features:

1. Automated Operations: Capable of automatically fetching, transporting, and returning molten steel, enabling fully automated operation.

2. Load Capacity & Endurance: Designed with a rated load capacity of 5 tons and a maximum bearing capacity of 6.5 tons. It can operate continuously for 4-5 hours under full load and is equipped with a spare battery to support three-shift operations, significantly improving work efficiency.

3. Enhanced Safety & Efficiency: By integrating an automated handling system or remote operation, it effectively prevents safety accidents, reduces costs, and enhances operational efficiency.

4. Custom Design for Stability: To ensure the safe transportation of molten steel, customized supports are designed to prevent ladle tipping and accidents, meeting specific operational requirements."
