This is a non-powered ladle transfer cart, custom-designed for a customer's workshop. Its primary purpose is to transport large and heavy steel ladles. The cart itself is unpowered, has no motor, and lacks any electronic control system, eliminating the risk of electrical leakage or short circuits, ensuring high safety.

Its operation is straightforward: it relies on a traction device, such as a forklift, tractor, or overhead crane, to pull the cart and the ladles around the workshop. Because its frame and wheels are specially reinforced, they can withstand high temperatures and heavy loads without the risk of deformation or damage.

Every day, the customer's factory pours hot molten steel into ladles and transports them to various processes. Previously, this process involved manual labor or simple push carts, which was both tiring and dangerous. Now, with this non-powered ladle transfer cart, workers simply hook it to a tractor and slowly pull it, saving effort and ensuring safety, significantly improving handling efficiency.
