Quality Wins Trust! Zhejiang Warehousing Customer Purchases Another Two 15-Ton Trackless Flat Cars
Recently, a long-term warehousing customer from Zhejiang Province has once again partnered with our company, successfully repurchasing two 15-ton trackless transfer carts, demonstrating strong confidence in our product quality.
This customer previously purchased a 10-ton DWP series trackless transfer cart from us in early 2021. That positive experience laid a solid foundation for this repeat purchase.
With the expansion of the customer’s operations and warehouse upgrades in 2023, the demand for material handling equipment increased significantly. To support 24-hour continuous operation, the customer purchased two additional carts for alternating use.
These customized trackless flat cars are equipped with several professional features: two 3.5 kW high-torque motors provide strong driving power; eight 48V 250Ah maintenance-free battery packs ensure stable and long-lasting operation; and the internationally recognized Inbol controller, combined with wear-resistant, non-slip polyurethane wheels, fully meets the high-efficiency transfer requirements of warehousing applications.
After completing multiple manufacturing processes including material preparation, welding, assembly, and painting, our team conducted strict quality inspections and load tests to ensure all performance standards were met. Currently, the two trackless transfer carts have been successfully delivered to the customer’s site and will soon be put into operation, continuously providing reliable support for efficient warehouse logistics.
