This is feedback from a Romanian customer.
Until recently, my company had not yet implemented a modern material handling solution. We have now introduced a brand-new 20-ton trackless transfer cart. I had often observed the difficulties my workshop workers faced when transporting structural steel parts. The large size and heavy weight of these parts required multiple people to move each piece, creating a significant burden in our already busy workshop.
Transporting structural steel products is a major part of our operations. While searching for a solution, I came across PEISA MACHINERY. At first, I wasn’t sure whether this transfer cart could truly solve my factory’s problems. However, after thoroughly comparing different commercial products, including forklifts and cranes, I concluded that the trackless transfer cart was the best solution for our needs.
When the equipment arrived, I immediately put it into use in the factory. After just a week of trial operation, I became a fan. It turned out to be much easier to use than I had imagined, and it proved to be the best option for transporting various heavy materials.

This wheeled cart, equipped with polyurethane wheels, can withstand the impact of a 20-ton load. Its most remarkable feature is its flexibility and maneuverability. Since the workshop frequently adjusts the position of goods, we need to change directions and move to designated locations often—and this cart accomplishes those tasks with ease. Using the remote control, I can simply guide the transfer cart to its destination, and it completes each transport mission perfectly.
After a week of testing, I wholeheartedly recommend this device to anyone. It will definitely solve many of the transportation challenges in your factory.
During the test, I focused on the wheels and battery life, which I believe are key concerns for every user. My workshop has a relatively flat, typical concrete surface. After a week of use, I checked the wheels and found no damage or wear, demonstrating their strong impact resistance. During that week, we recharged the battery three times, and each charge gave us an average of over two days of use. I really appreciate its longevity, which increases our time and reduces downtime.

This customer purchased our DWP series product, a 20-ton differential steering electric transfer cart, with dimensions of 3000 × 2000 mm and a height of 700 mm. It is mainly used to transport heavy steel structural components and other heavy equipment materials in the workshop.
The differential steering transfer cart is equipped with four wheels, consisting of two passive wheels and two driving wheels. The passive wheels are universal wheels without power and can rotate 360 degrees when receiving external force. Each driving wheel is equipped with a motor, which drives the wheel.
When the cart needs to turn, the left and right driving wheels rotate at different speeds. The difference in speed between the left and right wheels allows the cart to turn. Since the front wheels are universal wheels, the electric transfer cart can also rotate 360 degrees.
Usually, this type of equipment is mainly used in applications with relatively small load capacities, generally less than 50 tons, and limited working space. The length and width of the cart also cannot be too different.
In factory workshops or warehouses, it is more suitable for operating in aisles and other narrow spaces where U-turns and frequent turns are required.
