15-Ton Trackless Transfer Cart; Equipment Practicality Approved

Nanjing Customer Completes Training on 15-Ton Trackless Transfer Cart; Equipment Practicality Approved

Our customized 15-ton Trackless Transfer Cart for our Nanjing customer has been successfully delivered, and a full set of safety and operational training has been completed. The customer has now fully mastered how to use the equipment.

This Trackless Transfer Cart is primarily used for transporting materials between workshops in the customer's factory, covering a distance of approximately 2 kilometers across outdoor concrete surfaces. In addition to its basic movement function, it also features a vertical lifting function with a lifting stroke of approximately 300 mm.

This is necessary because the customer needs to move not only heavy steel plates but also heavy palletized materials. The lifting platform can raise the pallets and then transport them horizontally.

Problem Encountered

However, during our on-site inspection, we discovered a minor issue with the road surface: a drainage ditch. Although the ditch was covered with a steel mesh, it was not ideal for the wheels of the Trackless Transfer Cart.

The gaps and sharp edges of the steel mesh were quite pronounced, and over time they could easily cut the wheels, shortening their lifespan. Therefore, we specifically suggested that the customer repair the drainage ditch and smooth out a section of the speed bumps along the operating route.

This will protect the wheels, reduce the cost of replacement in the future, and allow the transfer vehicle to run more smoothly, preventing materials from swaying during transport.

After the training, the customer's operators fully mastered the operating skills required for this 15-ton Trackless Transfer Cart and understood the key details that require attention during operation.

Training Process

Regarding training, we provided the customer with two full hours of on-site explanation and practical guidance, clearly explaining everything from the basic operation of the equipment and button functions to safety precautions.

In addition to theoretical explanations, we also allowed the customer's operators to practice repeatedly, ensuring that everyone could operate the equipment proficiently and master emergency handling methods.

After the training, the customer's operators fully mastered the operating skills required for this 15-ton Trackless Transfer Cart and understood the key details that require attention during operation.

After testing the equipment on-site, the customer expressed their approval, stating that the trackless cart is highly practical and fully meets their needs for inter-workshop transportation. They also thanked us for our professional training and thoughtful suggestions.
