From Initial Skepticism to Deep Trust: A Real-World Case Study of a Trackless Mold Transfer Cart for a Vietnamese Client
The Vietnamese client first reached out after coming across our product videos of trackless mold transfer carts on YouTube. Specializing in factory‑support mold handling operations, the client was in the market for heavy‑duty, highly flexible transfer equipment. They evaluated multiple suppliers, including manufacturers from Xinxiang and Shandong in China, alongside local Vietnamese equipment vendors.
At the initial communication stage, the client remained highly cautious. They held clear doubts about our product performance, factory production capacity and equipment reliability. Worried that mass‑produced units would differ greatly from the sample videos seen online, they were reluctant to place an order hastily.
The client laid out clear technical requirements: 30‑ton load capacity, 3 m × 2 m overall dimensions, 0.8 m equipment height, equipped with Tongda motors, and full‑range maneuverability including forward‑reverse travel, side‑to‑side steering and 360‑degree in‑situ rotation for versatile material handling.
To ease the client’s concerns, I kept close oversight throughout production once the order was confirmed. Periodic photos and process‑update videos were sent over to give the client remote visibility into every production phase, covering welding work, assembly, motor fitting and wiring layout. Full‑process transparency eliminated information gaps that commonly trouble overseas online procurement.
Once manufacturing wrapped up, custom nameplates were produced per the client’s request. We immediately carried out comprehensive FAT factory acceptance tests. Every indicator was strictly verified: overall dimension checks, full 30‑ton load testing, cross‑checks against the full bill of components, and repeated runs of travel and steering functions. Complete operation videos and detailed close‑up photos were compiled into a full test package and shared with the buyer.
Complete, authentic and professional test data together with visual evidence erased all remaining misgivings. Witnessing stable equipment performance, precise parameter compliance and solid build quality, the client expressed strong recognition of our product quality, manufacturing competence and service standard. What began as distant interest and suspicion grew into solid brand trust. The client commented that partnering with PEISA had been a smart, worthwhile decision.
This project reinforces my belief: genuine, transparent service paired with robust product quality is the key to breaking down trust barriers and building long‑term business partnerships.
