50 ton Die Cart

1. Case background

This is a medium-sized mold factory in Jiangsu province, mainly for customers to customize a variety of molds. With the continuous development of the company's business, there are more orders for large molds, so the ordinary mode of transportation is limited, and the security risks are relatively large. So, in July, the company ordered a 50 ton Die Cart to fix the problem.

2. Project introduction

The customer contacted the business personnel of our company through the recommendation of old customers. In the early stage, I chose our company by comparing quality, price and after-sales service.

Chen Gong, the chief technical engineer of our company, made a detailed analysis of the mold production process of the company and determined the key parameters of the carrying capacity, size requirements and transportation flexibility of the required trucks. The final customer chose the 50 ton Die Cart.

After 20 days of manufacturing, it has been successfully delivered to the customer's site. Before handing it over to 50 ton Die Cart, we installed and adjusted it to ensure that the equipment meets safety standards and runs smoothly.

3. Use scenarios and effects

After arriving at the customer site, the 50 ton Die Cart is immediately put into use, and the mold is transported or stored in the workshop, while ensuring that it can be smoothly passed in the narrow space. The equipment has been in use for one month, with good customer feedback, and it is expected that in early 2025, when the new workshop is built, two Die Carts will be introduced again
