This is a flat electric transfer cart customized for a customer, designed to transport 5 tons of street light poles within the factory workshop. The assembled semi-finished products are transported to the painting area and then hoisted into the paint room by a crane. After painting, the semi-finished products are hoisted onto a trackless cart and transported to the warehouse.

This customer is a long-term client of our company, and this project involves transporting street light poles in their new factory. The customer has a high level of trust in the quality of our products. By introducing ourrail trolley, it has saved a significant amount of time for workshop workers and helped reduce the company’s operational costs.

Currently, the company has ordered 2 heavy-duty carrier transfer carts to cooperate with the production line for transporting heavy semi-finished and finished products. The trackless carts are not restricted by tracks and can assist customers in transporting finished products to the factory gate.

The DPX series rail-mounted electric transfer cart is a battery-powered mobile unit designed for transporting heavy loads—typically one tonne or more.
