Rail Transfer Cart for tunnels

Device configuration:

Rail Transfer Cart for tunnels

It is a rail transfer cart for tunnels, used for material handling and transporting important equipment. Rail carts play a key role in tunnel construction.

What kind of tunnel railway trolley?

It is a DPX series rail cart, a material handling equipment that is powered by electricity and travels on a fixed track. It can be designed to be a reasonable size to operate in the narrow space of a tunnel. This series of electric rail cars can carry hundreds of tons of materials and dye a fixed track.

The rail transfer cart for the tunnel needs to be equipped according to the needs of transportation and the conditions of the tunnel. Here are the common configurations and parameters:

1. Load capacity: According to the weight and quantity of the workpiece, customize the load capacity. Generally, the loading range of rail transfer carts in tunnel construction is relatively large, which can meet the transportation needs of different scales.

2. Car body size: According to the size of the tunnel section and the layout of the track, determine the length and width, as well as the height. Ensure that the rail transfer trolley runs smoothly in the tunnel and meets the requirements for transporting workpieces.

3. Power supply mode: In the construction of the tunnel, due to the complex and changeable environment, it is necessary to consider the reliability and safety of the power supply.

4. Mode of operation: There are generally two kinds, handle control and remote control.
