Rail Transfer Cart for Steel

This low-voltage rail-powered Rail Transfer Cart was customized for a client’s cleanroom and is used to transport 5-ton lighting equipment.

The workshop was newly constructed, and the client chose a low-voltage rail power supply solution.

Safe Voltage: Power is supplied directly to the trolley through the rails. Collectors mounted underneath the trolley draw power, while internal step-down and voltage stabilization devices provide stable output. This ensures low-voltage operation throughout the entire process and eliminates the risk of electric shock.

Long-Term Operation: The rails provide a continuous power supply, eliminating the need to charge or replace batteries. The Rail Transfer Cart can therefore support high-frequency continuous transportation.

To use the trolley, workers simply place the lighting equipment onto the platform, and the Rail Transfer Cart smoothly moves along the rails into the paint booth. The entire transportation process is clean, quiet, and spark-free, making it ideal for cleanroom applications.

With this Rail Transfer Cart, the client no longer needs to manually push or pull the equipment, nor worry about shaking or collisions during transportation. This safe and labor-saving solution makes the painting process more efficient and reliable.
