This battery transfer cart is designed for machine tool workshops. It is primarily used to transport heavy machinery parts within the workshop—moving products from the processing area to the warehouse, and from the warehouse to the lathe for further processing.

The main parameters of this battery transfer cart are as follows:

1. Load capacity: 25 tons

2. Safety factor: 1.2, maximum load capacity up to 30 tons

3. Dimensions: 3000 × 2000 × 800 mm

4. Operation modes: wireless remote control and operating handle

5. Battery: 330Ah high-capacity lead-acid battery, supporting a transport distance of 5–6 km, sufficient for two days of operation

6. Wheels: polyurethane, non-damaging to epoxy floors, leaving no marks, suitable for use in clean rooms

The Battery Transfer Cart is powered by a 300Ah lead-acid battery. Since the battery is detachable, the unit is not restricted by power cables, allowing it to move freely to any area within the factory. Lead-acid battery technology is well established and typically offers a service life of around three years. In addition, lead-acid batteries are recyclable, which, in terms of resource utilization, provides certain advantages compared with lithium-ion batteries.
