The client is a heavy mold manufacturing company. Their workshop includes ramped areas, and they need to transfer heavy molds weighing approximately 30 tons and measuring 3 meters × 2.5 meters. Previously, conventional mobile equipment struggled to operate effectively due to poor wheel adaptability and insufficient ground clearance.

After identifying the client’s core pain points, we customized this 30-ton trackless cart with a focus on rubber wheels designed specifically for ramped routes. In addition, the platform was customized to 3 meters × 2.5 meters according to the mold dimensions, ensuring a perfect match in both load capacity and size.

After delivery, the equipment operated smoothly on both ramped and flat surfaces within the client’s factory. The rubber wheels provided stable, non-slip movement, and the heavy mold transfer was completed without vibration or shifting, effectively resolving the key challenge of ramp transportation.
