Rail Transfer Trolley

The DPX series rail transfer trolley operates on a rail system. It uses the tracks to support heavy loads and performs functions such as forward movement, backward movement, starting, and stopping. The rail layout can be L-shaped, S-shaped, or Y-shaped. The tracks can be made of standard rails or square steel bars. Customized transfer trolleys can be designed according to different types of tracks.

DPX transfer trolleys are powered by an onboard battery, which is connected to the electrical control system and drive system. After the power is turned on, the current is supplied to the control system, allowing the operator to control the trolley's movement, starting, and stopping through a wireless remote control. The battery capacity options range from 100Ah to 800Ah. The specific battery capacity can be customized according to the requirements of the transported load.

• Lithium batteries do not require daily special maintenance. They have high energy density and strong endurance.

• While the battery does not require daily upkeep, its service life is limited due to the finite capacity.

• Lithium batteries can be charged using a standard charger or equipped with a fast charger.

• They have a long service life, supporting up to 2,000 charge cycles, with an overall lifespan of 3–5 years.
