The Self-Propelled Trolley is a battery-powered industrial transport device with solid, patterned tires. Its most notable feature is that it can maneuver flexibly on factory floors without the need for rails. Whether transporting steel pipes, steel plates, molds, or other materials of varying shapes, it can handle them with ease.

The device can be customized to meet customer needs, making it particularly suitable for a variety of industries, including steel, automotive manufacturing, mold manufacturing, and energy.

This is a custom-built 50-ton Self-Propelled Trolley. Its unique design features six solid, patterned rubber tires, providing enhanced stability during heavy transport. The customer's steel pipes are long and require frequent transport between different processing areas in the workshop, with varying routes. To ensure smoother transport, the Self-Propelled Trolley was equipped with large-diameter tires to better suit its practical transport needs.

It can change its route and direction at will, unrestricted by rails, making it ideal for use in complex workshops with complex aisles and changing transport routes.

Tire and Structural Design

To ensure stability and safety when transporting heavy loads, the Self Propelled Trolley features specially selected impact-resistant and wear-resistant industrial tires.

These tires offer a strong load-bearing capacity, supporting loads up to 10 tons while also ensuring smooth operation on concrete surfaces.

The trolley's body is constructed of thickened welded steel plates, providing high strength and resistance to deformation, ensuring long-term durability.
