Cable Powered Transfer Cart

PEISA Machinery's Cable Powered Transfer Cart is part of our rail electric flat cart series. It is powered by a cable drum using 380V AC (or other standard voltages). Since the operating range is limited by the cable length, we recommend using this model in environments where the transportation distance is within 200 meters.

To ensure the proper functioning of the cable drum during operation, we use an electric reeling mechanism. This electric drum ensures even tension on the cable, reducing the risk of damage.

One end of the cable connects to the factory’s AC power supply, while the other end is wired to the trolley, providing power to the drive motor and enabling the cart to operate.

PEISA Machinery’s Cable Powered Transfer Carts are available in various specifications and models, distinguished by load capacity. They can handle loads ranging from 1 to 1,000 tons. Whether it’s a 1-ton rail cart or a 1,000-ton heavy-duty transfer vehicle, we optimize the motor drive system and other key components to ensure efficient handling of heavy goods.

Customers are free to select a load capacity between 1 and 1,000 tons. Unless otherwise specified, standard components will be used for the drive and control systems.
