The Trackless Transfer Cart is an intelligent handling device operated by wireless remote control. It is suitable as a mobile tool for transporting heavy machinery and equipment in factory logistics. It breaks through the limitations of traditional tracks and achieves free movement through a tire-type walking mechanism (forward, backward, left and right turns, 360-degree turns, etc.). The device can accurately respond to remote control commands within a radius of 50 meters. The operator remotely observes the movement of the mobile equipment. It is suitable for various industrial scenarios that require flexible transportation.

This transport device（10t transfer cart）, designed for a customer in Thailand, has a load capacity of 10 tons. As you can see from the pictures, it's designed to move heavy machinery parts from the production workshop to the storage workshop. The transport will be done outdoors, where there's a sewer grid on the ground. Therefore, we chose rubber tires. The customer will later smooth the sewer grid by other means, which will not affect the life of the wheels.
