Technical Parameter
The Rail Flat Cart is one of the DDG series electric transfer carts. It uses a low-voltage rail power supply, converting high voltage into low voltage to power the cart. These products are widely used on production lines and in the metallurgical industry.
The advantages of the low-voltage rail-powered Rail Flat Cart compared with other series are as follows:
It is suitable for applications with fixed routes and fixed material transportation.
The rail power supply provides continuous power, enabling uninterrupted operation without downtime and significantly improving production efficiency.
Although the initial investment in low-voltage rails is higher due to rail installation and insulation requirements, the cost of the cart itself is lower than that of the DWP series, making it suitable for long-term investment.
It can be powered by either two-phase or three-phase electricity.
Since it runs on rails, its load capacity ranges from 1 ton to 2000 tons, and its dimensions can be customized according to the load capacity and the size of the workpiece.
If the rail power supply is no longer preferred, it can be easily converted to a battery-powered type.
Its overall service life is relatively long, typically no less than 15 years.
