Turntable Platform

A turntable platform is a commonly used piece of equipment in factory logistics, primarily used to change the travel direction of heavy machinery and materials. It is highly flexible and versatile, and can be fully customized to fit any on-site working scenario requested by customers.

In most applications, it works in conjunction with rail transfer carts to change or reverse the direction of the rail vehicles. It can achieve precise angle turning, including 45°, 90°, 360° and other custom angles.

The turntable platform features a simple structure, making routine maintenance and upkeep very convenient. It consists of four main components:

Frame StructureFabricated from welded Q235B steel. At PEISA, we place strict emphasis on material quality, as the steel grade directly determines the load-bearing performance of the turntable.

Wheel AssemblyThe wheels are treated with quenching and blueing for enhanced durability and high load capacity. All four wheels are powered; the number of driven wheels (2, 3 or 4) is designed based on the load capacity.

Base SectionThe base serves as the track system that supports and guides the rail wheels, allowing the turntable to rotate smoothly.

Electrical SystemPower is supplied via cables connected to the drive units, enabling controlled rotation of the turntable.
