Scissor Lift Transfer Cart for Steel Coils

This scissor lift coil transfer cart is custom-built for our Turkish client. It adopts hydraulic scissor lifting, with a maximum lifting height of 2.1 meters. The overall height of the cart when idle is 1.2 meters, and the V-shaped support stands 20 cm high.

Designed to handle steel coils weighing up to 15 tonnes, the platform dimensions are fully customized to match the coil specifications and the layout of the customer’s plant. The customer opted for a trackless mobile solution, allowing free movement without damaging the floor surface.

Powered by a 200Ah high-capacity battery, it provides approximately 4 hours of continuous operation, or a travel distance of 4–5 km under full load. It supports fast charging, and the battery service life is no less than 3 years.

Functions: Forward travel, reverse travel, lifting, horizontal movement and vertical movement.

For safety:The unit is equipped with a prominent emergency stop button (red mushroom head), and the remote control also features a one-key emergency brake. Audible and visual alarms activate during operation to alert nearby personnel.

For service life:The overall service life of the vehicle is no less than 10 years, with key components guaranteed for at least 3 years. The scissor lift transfer cart is a well-proven product with extremely low failure rates. Any potential issues are limited to normal wear on consumable parts such as relays and warning lights.

One of the most convenient advantages is that, despite being heavy machinery, it requires no on-site installation or commissioning — it is ready for immediate use upon delivery to the factory. There are also no extra costs for regular maintenance, making it highly cost-effective.
