Project Background

The customer is a company based in Vietnam, primarily engaged in the production of rolling shutter doors. During the manufacturing process, a large amount of steel coil material is required. Efficient and stable transportation of these materials has always been a challenge for the customer. Through the recommendation of a previous customer in Vietnam, they consulted us about a low-voltage coil transfer cart with a 50-ton load capacity. This coil transfer cart not only ensures the stable and efficient transportation of heavy steel coils but can also operate continuously for 24 hours using a low-voltage rail power supply, making it ideal for factories with high-paced work environments.

Successful Project Delivery

To ensure the final product met the customer’s requirements, PEISA Machinery conducted thorough communication with the customer in the early stages to understand their production environment and usage needs. After two days of discussions, we designed a 5000mm × 25000mm, 50-ton coil cart that perfectly suited their operations.
