This material handling equipment, designed for a large manufacturing plant in Nanjing, is now operating at the client’s factory, helping improve the efficiency of heavy equipment transportation.

Project Background

This 15-ton hydraulic lifting trackless transfer cart was custom-designed for a well-known company in Nanjing. The client wanted to optimize the factory’s logistics system and invest in equipment that could improve the efficiency and reduce the cost of internal material transportation.

After several rounds of communication, the client decided to purchase this Trackless Transfer Cart. The equipment has now been successfully delivered to the factory, and practical training has been completed. It is officially in operation for transporting heavy steel plates, steel structures, and palletized materials, effectively solving various handling challenges within the client's factory.

Hydraulic Lifting Trackless Cart Information

This trackless transfer cart was specially designed according to the client’s factory layout. The equipment measures 5 meters in length, 4 meters in width, and 0.8 meters in height, with a rated load capacity of up to 15 tons, perfectly meeting the requirements for heavy equipment transportation.

In its core design, we integrated a hydraulic lifting platform with a 0.3-meter lifting stroke, tailored to the different handling scenarios in the client’s factory. This feature allows flexible vertical height adjustment, enabling the cart to easily handle palletized equipment during transfers between workshops. Without requiring additional loading or lifting equipment, it can transport materials at different heights, significantly improving transfer efficiency.

The trackless design is another major advantage. Without being restricted by fixed rails, the cart can move flexibly throughout the factory area. Whether operating indoors or outdoors, it can easily adjust its route and adapt to complex working environments. At the same time, it eliminates the cost and space required for track installation, providing greater flexibility for factory layout planning.

Training and Operation

After the equipment was delivered, our professional team immediately visited the client’s factory to provide on-site training and operational guidance.

Thanks to the cart’s intuitive control system, the client’s operators were able to master the key operating procedures, usage techniques, and daily maintenance precautions within just two hours of training. They can now independently perform transfer operations, efficiently assisting with heavy equipment handling in the factory and supporting the company’s production operations.
